Please Note: Pick up's need to be ready for collection at the time of booking.

If the pick up is not ready for collection by the time the driver arrives we will have to pass on to you the $15 courier charge.

Please ensure all models are carefully wrapped in bubble or tissue to avoid breakage during transportation.

Also ensure alginate is wrapped in wet tissue and placed in a sealed bag to avoid the labsheet becoming wet and contaminated.

All cases need to be placed into a box which is then placed into a Unidental return bag and sent to:
